Is there a way to merge BSA Member ID 14532340 with Scoutbook ID 12813418?

Good evening, I somehow have two accounts: an account with ID:14688254 which has recently been added to my current Pack and another unknown account which appears to trigger a warning on My Dashboard. Perhaps it may be because I am listed under two Councils on my.myscouting.org?

Thanks for any help.

Scoutbook Merger request. BSA IDs

13990192

13987524*

With account ending in 524 being the main/primary.

Thanks.

I have several duplicate accounts that need to be merged.

1st person
Account to keep - User ID 12058845 BSA ID 135643453 (address is correct)
Duplicate account User ID 2721830 BSA ID 13090910
Duplicate account User ID 7514158 (No BSA ID)

2nd person -
Account he’s logged into and did his original YPT on: User ID 12186591 BSA ID13983415
Account assigned to his den leader status - User ID 12341316 BSA ID 14135500

Thank you,
Valerie

I also need two accounts merged for one of my parent / committee member users:
active account to continue using: SB User ID: 1991249, BSA Member ID: 134949990 (this account shows an expired YPT)
account to merge into above: SB User ID: 12245582, BSA Member ID: 13270653 (this account shows the current YPT)
Thank you! --Ron Stamper, CC - Troop 2191G

@NicHales Yes, this is done.

@MichaelHaponski It was because your e-mail address was also on your Scout’s Scoutbook account. I have removed it.

@WilliamsburgScouter I think I did this one on a different thread.

She needs to log in with her my.scouting user name – not her e-mail address.

This is fixed. She needs to log in with her my.scouting user name – not her e-mail address.

For the second adult leader:
14135500 - Has his Den Leader registration.
13983415 - Has his Tiger Adult Partner registration and his parent / Scout user relationships.

Things usually work best when the registrations and the parent / Scout user relationships are under a single BSA member ID number. If you contact your local council, they should be able to help.

@RonaldStamper This should be fixed.

I have BSA member number 13270653 set as “primary”, because that is the one with her committee member registration.

Hello,
Can you please merge profile data for account (not sure how to find the number)
into account profile number 14155291 (the keeper)? problem is there are two chris leavines profiles. one needs to be merged then we need to add veronica leavines to the child profile

Thanks!

@CHRISLEAVINES those are merged - unit can add mother once the search is fixed

@DonovanMcNeil tha ks!

I need assistance with merging member IDs for myself. I am unable to have my boys connected to my profile, and I am assuming this is why. Thank you so very much in advance!

133098364
127885313

Can you please merge:
SB 11571791
BSA 13666338

Into:
SB 2511737
BSA 135469359

I’m not sure why I have 2. The BSA 135469359 has the correct links to my children.

@RyanPriore that is fixed

Good afternoon Team,

I have an ongoing issue. Have a user, who couldn’t access the advancements page of his den. Now he is no longer listed on the units Roster. I tried searching to add his as a leader, but Schoolbook doesn’t list his name when searched. He is able to log into my.scouting. and confirmed his email and account number for me.

Name L.M.
ID # is 137163383

Thanks,

Rob

@RobertHynes This adult is not currently registered as an adult leader. He was previously registered as a Den Leader, but his registration expired 12/31/2021.

As Cubmaster, are you able to access the pack’s official roster at my.scouting?
