Jennifer - I have reached out to the local registrar to see if I can get this resolved with them. In the meantime, can you delete the the rogue ā€œMichael Burgessā€ account that has my email address associated with it or at the very least, delete my email in the Michael Burgess account so that I stop getting the duplicate email in use error message?

I have a Den leader (who is also a parent!) with a duplicate account can they be merged here or best to contact council? Member ID 137453811 (Lion Adult Guide) and 13805901 (Tiger parent).

Hi, Can I get help with my account, please? I show up as connected to two councils. I was previously with East Carolina Council, but after moving I am now registered in National Capitol Area Council. My SBUID is 11312937 and my BSAID is 13575201.

Iā€™d like to remove the connection to East Carolina Council.

Hi! I have two accounts which need to be merged.

BSA Member ID: 14373856
(Used SSO login and for my daughter)

SB User ID: 12719939
BSA Member ID: 14595666
(Used a password and for my son)

Can someone merge 12540735 into 12719939
And ensure I can see both kids in the solo account?

I think they essentially have the same info except one for each kid.
