The MBCs address was blank in Scoutbook. That might make him difficult to find with search. I have synced it.

@scouter_marisol I would recommend contacting your local council for assistance, because this user has 2 BSA member numbers in your council:

10350949 - Has his registration history as a youth.
137391613 - Has his parent / child relationships

I would recommend that your council use their Registrar Tools. In the “Relationships” section, I would recommend that they put his parent / child relationships under 10350949, and remove them from 137391613.

Hello! Thank you all for helping us with all these issues.

I have a leader that found 2 accounts under her email and is not able to have full control in SB like she had due to this issue. Scoutbook is telling her that another account is using her email.
BSA id #134133689 (primary)
BSA id #12492704
Could these 2 accounts be merged? Thank you so much!

@scouter_marisol the email error has nothing to do with connections - the email was on her scouts account I cleared that. The second BSA # you posted does not exist. The User has Full Control Connections to alot of scouts

Council has consolidated these registrations under MID 3967169 and updated the children’s relationships.

Is there anything else that needs to happen?

@DougWright I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.

Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up his Scout with first initial “L”. In the Relationships section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA member number 3967169. They should remove him as parent under the other number. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched at the next Recharter.
