Please merge account profiles

Hello, please merge old account 14267652 Troop 474 columbus

into correct account 129362735 which is Great Trail 433 Troop 155

This should include completed YPT from February 23, 2023

Thank you!

Hello! I’m in need of account remediation after registering my youngest son.

MID ID136358296
SB User ID: 13191904

my.scouting appears as expected but I see nothing in Scoutbook. I presume a new Scoutbook account was created for me. I’m no longer able to manage the Pack.

Thank you.

@TylerNeu

You have multiple accounts. I will fix this for you.

@JohnAlexander1 that is fixed

@TylerNeu

This is fixed. I did find different DOBs on your SB accounts. One had January, the other July as your birth month. If it is January, ask you council if they can change it on MID 140319201. If it is July, ask your Council to change it on MID 136358296 and let us know so after the change we can make sure your other accounts have the correct DOB.

Also, ask your Council to connect your son N to you on MID 136358296 using Registrar Tools and disconnect you from N on MID 140319201.

@DougWright This should be fixed. I found 4 BSA member numbers.

Please ask him to log in with his my.scouting username – not his e-mail address.

I would recommend having him log in at my.scouting and double-check that he e-mail address is the one that he wants (there were 2 different e-mail addresses).

I would also ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look him up under 136604363. In the “Relationships” section, it looks like he is “Father of” and “Daughter of” one of his children, which might cause issues.

Thank you!

We have a duplicate.
Please merge these accounts.

SB ID: 13190376

please merge to

SB ID: 13186181
BSA ID: 140309159

I have a parent who is now a leader and I think it has created two profiles for her in the process, she can log in from an event email but can no longer log in through the website directly. Help

SB User ID:13057026
BSA Member ID:140166075

I have 2 member IDs. Could you please merge Member ID 14602744 into Member ID 13045532? All my training is under 13045532 and I want to keep that.

@JamesSmith34 that is fixed - your email log in is dead - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number

I have an adult who can’t log in due to there being another user with her email.

Can you merge these two adult accounts? The adult acquired a second account when the scout joined our Troop in a new Council.

New Council 620
New Unit 7040
Adult Initials A.M connected to Scout C.M.
The adult also needs to be connected to Scout A.M. in Unit 0140.
New Council BSA ID 140304447

To complicate matters the records look a little different. In the new ID the name is misspelled - our registrar entered it manually in a rush to get on our roster for summer camp and had typos. The name is spelled correctly in the old account/prior Council

But the “old record - prior Council” has the wrong or no birthday which I believe prevents me from seeing that ID.

The new record with ID #140304447 has the correct birthdate.

Thanks for your help.

@ConstanceF what is the old Number?

Previous Council ID 14364577
That is is Council 82, Troop 106

@ConstanceF ok that is fixed

@CereeseHollen

There is only 1 Scoutbook account with the e-mail address associated to that MID. The user has Google Login enabled so she must use the Google Login button to log in to Scoutbook and my.scouting.org.

Please merge the following Scoutbook accouts:
140324665 into 13733575 - name removed
and 143024630 into 1373353 - name removed
Their mom had the birthdates incorrect on each boy so when we tried to have them join Scouting again, it would not let her use their old BSA ID #'s due to the incorrect birthdates. She created new accounts.
I have corrected the birthdates on the original profiles. Thanks

Hello, I have two accounts that I need to merge.
Old SB User ID: 11334801, BSA Member ID: 13608644
Current SB User ID: 11601610, BSA Member ID: 13588037

Both have training attached to them that I don’t want to lose. Any way to do this?

@RhondaRigney let me look at it
