@RhondaRigney this is a little too messy - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
@EdwardKell OK I will merge them your google login will survive
@EdwardKell I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your childrenās āUser Relationshipā and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13588037
@DonovanMcNeil Thank you, I will check. I think they are linked to both accounts, but Iāll make sure.
@EdwardKell this is not Scoutbook - you can go to my.scouting.org > sign in just like Scoutbook > go to my applications - of you do not see Scouts there you are not connected
Looking for merging of the following:
Member ID 135223003 is the paid me as a retired professional Scouter
Member ID 125117607 is a current me as CC for S0015 and C3015 in Council 286 - It seems like this should be the surviving record and all other IDs noted here should be merged into it.
Member ID 110199711 was the first me and likely has some of my youth information in it including my Eagle Scout record The email address in this ID is extinct
Member ID 115106056 was me as ASE in Council 197. The email address in this one is extinct

@DavidNolle are this all individual Scoutbook users? Are the MIDs Managed under Mange Member ID?
Only MIDs. I donāt know where or how to even find Scoutbook IDs.
Primary SB login is (removed by Moderator) might be others including a googleID or AppleID and/or ID tied to emails of (removed by Moderator) or (removed by Moderator)

From a MID standpoint it looks like you are already setup with as much as CAN be done
It appears Iāve got multiple scoutbook accounts I would like to merge. The primary one I have been using is BSA #137319813. Iād like to merge BSA #14103461 into the first one. Iām hoping this clears up some warning/error messages Iām seeing.
In researching this, it appears Iāve also got an account from when I was a kid - BSA #7987288. This one appears to still be attached to the council I was in back in the '90s and is associated with my motherās email address. Would you recommend merging this one as well, or leaving that separate?
@MichaelHalm I am looking in to this for you.
@MichaelHalm This should be fixed.
I used Manage Member ID and added all 3 BSA member ID numbers. I set 14103461 as primary, because it has your adult leader registration.
Please contact your local council and ask them to look up your child (or children) using their Registrar Tools. In the āRelationshipsā section, you should be listed as parent only under 14103461. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA number.
Please log in with your my.scouting username ā not your e-mail address.
Looks great, thanks for the quick response.
@MichaelHalm The reason you will want to ask your local council to fix your parent / child Relationships (at my.scouting ā not Scoutbook), is because if they donāt get fixed, your BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter.
@DavidNolle Are you looking to have your Scoutbook accounts merged? It looks like you have at least 3.
Sure. And member accounts if that is possible and if they are different than Scoutbook accounts.

@DavidNolle BSA #'s cannot be merged only managed like you have them - all your SB users are merged now
Thank you.

I need two Scoutbook accounts merged please.
The account that needs to remain at the end is UserID 12858427
The account to merge into it is 12624159.
Thank you!
@MartiniquePerfetti do you want the email login or the Google login?
