@MartiniquePerfetti ok I will fix - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s ā€œUser Relationshipā€ and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number

Sounds good - I’m a pack admin, is this something I can fix myself? Or do I need the council to do it on a different level?

@MartiniquePerfetti and your first name seems misspelled in your registration

it is council level - different database

@MartiniquePerfetti is name Matin— or Martin— ?

It’s Martinique, with an ā€œrā€

OK you are fixed @MartiniquePerfetti - talk to council on the parent thing

Awesome, thanks Donovan!!

@DonovanMcNeil Can you do one more for me?

The account that needs to remain at the end is UserID 12789894
The accounts to merge into it are 12836808 and 12836810.

Ideally want to keep the Google login on that one if there is one.

@MartiniquePerfetti user has never once logged in - but they are merged in Scoutbook

@MichaelPettibone we will look at this

Excellent, thank you for the help!

I need this account: 14795728 (removed by Moderator) merged into my desired primary account 14371756 (removed by Moderator) as it is my legal last name and I am going to be a den leader. Thank you.

@MelissaMcPherson that is fixed

Somehow when my daughters pack ended my term as leader in the scoutbook it also removed my access to her as a parent. So the Scoutmaster sent me an email to create an account, which I did. Now that leaves me with 2 scoutbook accounts, 1 with my daughter and 1 with my sons. I would like to have them both merged and the account with SB user ID 8903840 to be the main account (it had my sons and all of my leadership roles, etc on it). Is there a way to do this?

Sb ID to remain 8903840
Sb id to merge but delete 13227238

Thanks-

One of our adults that has a merged account now believes we have merged the wrong one. His training is on BSAID 136519320 and this BSAID is also listed on our charter. His BSAID 13743681 is the one on Scoutbook (that I had asked to keep). Is it possible to merge the other way and keep 136519320 as his primary? Thank you and sorry for the mistake on my part.
