@DanDavis2 I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

@DonovanMcNeil Please add BSA Member ID 136223598 with user id10014024 to Pack 916 Blackhawk Council. I tried to move it but it didn’t work.

@RobertDavidson4 I do not think that is your Scout - that is a Scout in Glaciers Edge - there is a scout with same name in Blackhawk P916 already - but the DOB are very different

I have an adult with two member IDs which is causing some scoutbook difficulty; 13826608 and 13930496. Can someone assist in merging these two?

@MatthewAubert first the person needs to log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

I will look at the rest

13930496 is the primary

I thought “Scoutbook . Com” is having problems redirecting and it is recommended that https://scoutbook.scouting.org/ be used instead.

Using URLs without the “https://” prefix defaults to a non-secure “http:” connection that may be hacked (i.e. is less secure.)

Can you please remove the duplicated parent for a Scout with BSA id #12576277. His mother shows up twice as a parent. The one for Kimberly that should be removed is the profile that does not have a BSA id.

Thanks
Brad

I have a scout with two ID#s.
One is his old profile (13823104), which has all is current advancemnt info (we want to keep this profile).
The other is a profile with the same email (13825597). This has none of his info, but it is the only one he can log into.
Is it possible to remove this second profile (13825597) so that he can continue to use his original?
Thank you for your help.

@MorganTucker

I’ll look into this.

@MorganTucker

To fix this correctly, I need to know if the Scout was born on the 8th or 9th of the month. His two accounts have DOBs that differ by one day. Do not post the full DOB, only 8 or 9 if one is correct.

He can now log in to Scoutbook using his my.scouting.org ID that is his First Name, Last Name followed by the number 1.

Hi Ed, Thank you for your help.

9 is the correct number.

@MorganTucker

This is fixed. The Scout can log in with his ID that is his first name, last name and the number 1.
