Scoutbook unexpectedly changed my Den Leader privileges; Please Help

I had a similar problem a few months ago right after an “update.” Ultimately I had to reset my roles. Here is the thread:

Lost access to requirement entry

Hello, I am a Tiger Den leader. Recently, I have lost the ability to enter rank requirements for anyone in my den other than my son. I have still have connections to den members otherwise (I can see their names under the Admin tab, send emails, etc.). Possibly this is related to me having duplicate accounts (see image below), but I’m not sure. Help? [image] Thanks, ~Glenn
