Scout's "Training" Isn't Available

I have a scout who has completed training that he’d like entered into Scoutbook. There is no training option in his account, but the option is there for other scouts in the troop. I am advancement chair and a troop admin, so have full access.

His BSA ID# is 135403554.

He has a my.scouting account with 2 BSA member numbers, and both were set as “primary”. I removed one of them (it was a BSA member number that had been deleted / retired). He also had a duplicate Scoutbook account, which have been merged.

Try logging out of Scoutbook and then log back in.
