\John,
The warning about your email is because you have the email in both of your Scoutbook accounts. Ignore the warning.
Mayflower:
When in Scoutbook for Mayflower, you only see Alexander because he is the only child registered in Mayflower, and you will only see the ASM for Mayflower because that is all you are registered there for.
You unit will need to set connections for you in your Mayflower account. Your Narragansett SB account has the Mayflower unit in it but it appears on the roster for the unit as unregistered because of the Narragansett ID.
In My.scouting, you should see only Alexander when Mayflower is primary (his Mayflower registration).
Narragansett:
In Scoutbook, you are seeing both your kids - though Alexander is problematic*.
The positions you see currently include the Mayflower ASM position as a result of the improper merge on your account.
In My.Scouting you should see both kids but only their Narragansett registrations.
Alexander:
Alexander 133500412 in Narragansett, but is not currently in Scoutbook.
The father/son relationship is set up correctly.
Alexander 141031121 registered in Mayflower currently owns the Scoutbook account.
The father/son relationship is set up correctly.
*There is an issue with Alexander - because he is also registered in two Councils, but has only one Scoutbook account. When you look at memberships, you can see it flip flopping between Councils. Scout accounts also need to be separate when in multiple councils; and the units need to communicate who is in charge of advancements, and which account should be updated. You need to decide which unit should hold the primary membership, then we will separate. The single account is also problematic with events, RSVP’ing and with Scoutbook+
Abigail:
Abigail 141151519 registered in Narraganset. Her Scoutbook account is fine and the parent relationships are correct.
The only real issues I see are with Alexanders Scoutbook account and that you need your Mayflower unit to set up connections for you.
If there is something I am missing, let me know.
