Separate my.scouting accounts for different councils?

@MikeNewnam Could you log all the way out of all BSA systems, then log back in again?

Ok, @JenniferOlinger. I did that. When I logged back in, it reverted to my current council so I could see my kids, but I don’t see even the Eagle “flag” or indicator I was told should show up.

@MikeNewnam I think the Eagle flag will probably only show up when you switch to the BSA member ID number where you originally earned the Eagle Scout rank. I do see it in both Scoutbook accounts now, though.

@MikeNewnam I see 2 different e-mails for you. Do you want to use XXXXX or XXXXX?

@JenniferOlinger Thank you so much  I’d probably like to switch it to XXXXX.

@MikeNewnam OK, you have 2 Scoutbook accounts now (one for each council) and they both use the same e-mail. So you will probably get a warning in Scoutbook about it, but you can ignore it.

Thank you  I got everything I needed at the Scout Shop today. When I login though I don’t see Eagle on either of the accounts or any other records for me anyway. Did I need to do anything? Like login with a different username in SB? If I have the WC Council set as primary there is really aren’t many options and most things don’t work. If it’s all good in the system now I’ll leave be. I guess I don’t know what I’m supposed to see of my records, if anything, but I don’t see anything different I don’t think.

@MikeNewnam I don’t think you will be able to see your Eagle Scout rank except through some reports. You could ask your pack’s leadership if they could provide you with a copy of your Scouts BSA History Report, although I don’t think it will show anything except for your Eagle Scout rank.
