Unit Rechartered and Paid, but the Recharter Roster Is Wrong

Member ID# 12667143 rechartered their unit and paid. The CR received the email to approve the recharter and noticed that there were 4 youth and 4 adults that had not been removed from the recharter and that they had been charged twice for their CR/CC. Can Council reset their recharter even though they have already paid? The member cannot go back into the recharter as it is now Locked. They basically need to start over. Appreciate the help!

Call your council on Monday and see what they can do.
