AH. I thought that may have been an issue.
Yesterday, they had access to scoutbook under the 14761312 and today, it is blank and says they are not on the roster. ?
Additionally, 140953698 is the current BSA ID for said unit. On my.scouting, it says N/A and that Council 544 is under the 14761312.
At the end of the day, he just wants to see the Troop again lol
@SoDoniaBell I have merged this userâs Scoutbook accounts.
Please contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up the userâs children. In the âRelationshipsâ tab / section, he should be listed as parent only under his primary BSA member ID number: 140186867. They should remove him if he is listed as parent under any other BSA member ID numbers. This will help to prevent future issues.
@JamieHaller Please ask the user to log out of all BSA systems, and I will work on fixing things for him.
I appreciate it!! Thank you so much.
@JamieHaller This should be fixed.

One more please! We have a leader who SB BSA ID shows 140511224, but our roster shows 141060768, can we please merge them or work your awesome magic?
@JamieHaller This adult leader appears to be registered in 2 councils (multiple registration):
140511224 - Alamo Area Council
141060768 - New Birth of Freedom
Ohhhhh!!! Okay, thank you.
Greatly appreciated if someone could help in merging two Scoutbook profiles for my son. The duplicate came about as I ran into an API error on the scouting registration websiteâI reported that via a separate thread Unable to transfer scout - API Error. I followed the recommendation of @DonovanMcNeil and @edavignon from the chain and reported this bug up to my council with screenshots. My council was also able to help with two of my kids, but I still have one son with an unresolved duplicate Scoutbook account. Duplicates to merge are: SB# 10635411 / memberID # 13978018 & SB # 13887779 / member ID # 141147166. Thank you very much!
We have (2) accounts that will need to be merged.
Youth Account SB13909821 should remain the master with SB13937109 merged into it.
Thank you.
Todd Caron. Scoutmaster Troop 129
@JamesThomas4 Your Scout has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting.
They are very similar, but one has a number at the end. Which username do you want to keep? We can retire the other one.
Can someone merge the following profiles please?
New profile with new Council (to be merged into profile below)
SB ID # 14020772
BSA #141278577
previous profile (should be Master profile)
SB # 9939309
BSA # 137482000
Thanks for your help!
@SusanDuenas - bsa id numbers can not be merged only managed. If they are no longer in the old council then the new number should be made primary
@SusanDuenas Is this a multiple registration or a transfer? Is the Scout still active with the previous council?
This is a transfer. Scout was disconnected with parent when parent transferred to new council first so scout had to be manually pulled into new Council. Scout is no longer active with the previous council. Accounts can be merged but the hope is to avoid the scoutâs record getting lost in the process. Parent has downloaded report of scout record for safe keeping. Thanks for your help
Understood about new number being primary. Scout wants to ensure their record remains in SB and doesnât get lost in the merge process. Thanks.
@SusanDuenas Was this Scout also in other councils? I think I might have found 2 other BSA member ID numbers for this Scout.
Yes, scout has been in numerous previous councils:
Aloha
San Diego Imperial
Far East
Transatlantic - current
@SusanDuenas This Scoutâs Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
