I will look at this @JodyRobertson - not sure where you got leaderqa. what is she trying to log into?

@JodyRobertson On OR the council needs to fix account - there is no DOB - but Scoutbook is fixed
On the other one Council needs to figure out - they have the user in with 2 BSA #s - 135976588 and 12969646 - with 2 spellings of last names.

Scoutbook URL is scoutbook.scouting.org - Den Leader Experience is leader.scouting.org

@DonovanMcNeil Thank you! I can see OR accounts have been merged. Who is the person at Council that I would contact? I’m a new Cubmaster and don’t have a solid lay of the land. Would that be the Greater St Louis Area Council we’re a part of? If so, is there a standard position in the Council to contact (i.e., Account Manager, IT Support, etc.)?

It’s usually your council registrar but district executives can sometimes help with that too.

I’m having the same issue as most of the other folks. My account has my Circle 10 information from when I was a scout (110370164) as well as an account that I created when my son started scouting (14421922) that I have linked to my account…. And then my son has his account BSA# 14388065 that is linked to my Gmail account, but that I can’t access. Can you assist?

@JohnRichard2 I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

You have 2 usernames at my.scouting.

One has Apple sign on turned on.
The other is your e-mail address.

Which one would you like to keep? We can retire the other one.

@JenniferOlinger I’d like to keep the account associated with my Apple login. Although, either is fine. My main concern is just ensuring I have access to my son’s progress information. His BSA number is 14388065 and is associated with my Gmail account, but I’m still not seeing it when I log in.

@JohnRichard2 When you log in to my.scouting, you need to keep your BSA member number 14421922 set as ā€œprimaryā€, because that is your BSA number in National Capital Area Council.

In order to see your son’s progress, you should log in to Scoutbook at:

https://scoutbook.scouting.org/

Cubmaster here, trying to get a leader’s accounts merged. Was a Lion adult partner, now is a den leader. SB User ID is 13078488, with BSA member ID of 140182090. As adult partner, it says the Member ID is 13895275.

Any assistance merging him into one account is appreciated.

@CraigTuttle I am looking in to this.

@CraigTuttle I have merged the Scoutbook accounts.

I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to combine his registrations and Relationships under a single BSA member number 140182090. Otherwise, his accounts will likely have to be fixed again at Recharter time.

@JenniferOlinger … perfect. Thank you for the help.

@JohnRichard2 You only need to login with your Apple sign in now. I have retired the other username that was your e-mail address.

Good Evening,

I’m receiving the same error message as others. Please see below:

I only have one account but I’m registered multiple times as Executive Officer for our Council Chartered Units. Not sure if that’s causing the error.

Hi there, I have the same issue as many others. I see a warning message that another scoutbook account is using my same email address. I believe my name is misspelled on that account. The correct name and account is SB User ID: 2613083 BSA Member ID: 1940129. Can you please eliminate the bad account?

@PaulSchofield1 This should be fixed.

@GeoffreyHenggeler I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

Yes it did. Thank you.

I’m getting the same warning error as others on this thread that my email is being used in multiple scout book accounts. My email address is (removed by Moderator). I only want it associated with my current troop 766 in San Diego Imperial Council. Please remove it from any other scout book account and delete (or merge) any other scout book accounts except for my active San Diego one. I only want one scout book account with my one email. Thanks.

I’m getting the same error on my account and my husband’s account ā€œanother user is using the same email addressā€. I went through and made sure my son and husband were on different emails, even changing them to gmail logins. Not sure what is going on. Can you help?
