@JohnTree that is fixed
@ErinSmith5 that is fixed
I also have this issue on schoolbook, it says I have two accounts, but I think I only have one. In addition I cannot access troop 269 events to see details or RSVP for events. Are the two items related? my member ID is 106432272
Thanks
@Rseipert that is fixed - on events the question would be are you invited to the events if you are new to unit?
Thank you for correcting the multiple users issue!
In regard to the other issue I can see the upcoming events and the calendar but when I click on any of the events instead of going to a details page for that event it sends me back to my dashboard home page. So I am not able to RSVP or see additional information. And yes I am new to the unit, and my adult application has not been fully processed.
Thanks,
Richard
@Rseipert have a unit admin see if you are invited to the events in Scoutbook
Thank I will ask, we I be able to see for my son? Or can only he RSVP for himself?
We have a parent (and former registered leader) with duplicate IDs. Can they be merged, please?
Keep 129565141
Eliminate 13758122
Thank you!!
We have a Scout (BSA ID 135611984) with three linked parent records, two for mom. One of momâs has an ID and is the one we want to keep (136858309). The second linked parent has no BSA ID (the URL before parameters ends in /adultProfile/9308744), throws an error when opening the profile page, and has no name, no address, no contact info, and the birthdate shows today (presumably the default when containing a null value). Can this errant second adult record be purged, please? Thank you!!
@DavidHammond1 I am looking in to this.
We have a parent with two BSA IDs. Neither one is complete (donât know how that happens). Can they be merged into one, please?
13090313 (missing phone, address, and birthdate)
135611502 (missing email)
Thank you so much!
I just found another example of nearly the same thing on a different Scout:
Scoutâs ID: 136297351
Adultâs valid record ID: 136297352 (but has âchangeyouremailâ as email)
Invalid record without BSA ID shows /adultProfile/10110446 within the URL, throws âError: //subscriptionâ when opening in Internet Advancement, and in Scoutbook has the correct, valid email address
Can these be merged keeping the valid email address, please? Thank you!
Another example of duplicate parent records for a Scout.
Scout BSA ID 13520420.
Valid adult BSA ID: 130960277
Invalid record has no BSA ID and URL includes /adultProfile/461341
Thank you again.
I have merged this adultâs Scoutbook accounts. He should log in with his my.scouting username â not his e-mail address.
This should be fixed.
This parent should be using BSA member number 135611502. She should log in with her my.scouting user name â not her e-mail address.
This should be fixed.
This should be fixed. Adult leader should log in with his my.scouting username â not his e-mail address.
You can rsvp for your scout too
Thank you for all of your help! I have another duplicate adult to merge, please.
Proper BSA ID = 128999815. The duplicate has no BSA ID but has same name, address, and mobile #. Is that enough to work with?
Sigh⊠and another one - and this one looks really messy.
I need to merge these two BSA IDs.
Both have inaccuracies.
BSA ID 13172290 has the correct email address, first name, and last name - BUT middle initial is wrong, it should be K.
BSA ID 109523053 has the correct phone #s and birthdate, and the email is a valid secondary email, but the first name is wrong.
If you can sort this all out, you are my hero! Thank you.
@DavidHammond1 We canât search by phone number, but I was able to find it.
This should be fixed.
@DavidHammond1 What might work best is if I merge the Scoutbook accounts.
After I do that, the adult should be able to log in to their my.scouting account and update most information. Anything that they canât update themselves can be updated by your local council.
@DavidHammond1 I have merged this adultâs Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask him to log in at my.scouting and check his address, phone number, etc. He might also be able to correct his name.
