@MarkCorbett The last name is also different by one letter.
I also have duplicate accounts - one account has my training recorded while the other is linked to my kids and scout book. What can I do to fix this?
Thanks! Chris
@ChristopherKent I am checking.
@ChristopherKent Your training should merge onto your primary BSA member number within about 24 hours.
Please log in with your my.scouting username ā not your e-mail address.
I have 2 accounts linked to my scout. I get the warning that 2 accounts are using the same email.
Scoutās BSA Member ID: 136160751
My correct account: SB User ID: 9846897 BSA Member ID: 5634476
Duplicate account: SB UserID: 9845673 BSA Member ID: ?
@DouglasRindfleisch I am looking in to this.
@DouglasRindfleisch This should be fixed.
Can you look at a parent of ours?
Primary BSA MID 13162349 and secondary MID 135621611. His correct email address is the one without keri in the email address. He should have two scouts associated with him but it sounds like he is seeing one on each account.
@GarrettGreen that is cleaned up
Have a problem with a scout that shows up twice in scoutbook. I think this just started happening. The correct information is found for the scout with Scoutbook ID 236638. The incorrect one is found with Scoutbook ID 11890095
@DonovanMcNeil Sorry if this is being posted twice.

@JamesTurner5 - take a look at the membership section for that scout in scoutbook. I suspect two current and active memberships. If there is one for a patrol and one for the troop, you can end the troop one if the patrol is correct
@JamesTurner5 @DonovanMcNeil I am seeing Scoutbook userIDs:
2366386
11890095
both associated with the same BSA member ID number.
@JamesTurner5 This Scoutās Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
Thanks, I donāt know what the issue was. I think it may have been one of two issues. I am guessing that the problem may have occurred as his sister just bridged from cub scouts into Troop 219 and his mom may have joined Scouts of America. Would that have created another Scoutbook ID for him? I donāt think that he has moved Patrols. We have been using Troopmaster and I might have initially submitted his information to scoutbook when he was not in a patrol. But he has been in a patrol (and in scoutbook as a boy scout) for almost two years.
@JamesTurner5 I am not sure. But one Scoutbook account was created in 2018, and the other was created in 2021.
@JenniferOlinger - thanks⦠I went down the wrong trail⦠should have had my map and compass
I am having a problem with one of our parents who just became a ASM, they have three profiles on scoutbook and two user IDās. Duplicate IDās are 140186867 and 140199342 One of the IDās has a Texas address which is incorrect, weāre in CA. Heās in Scoutbook three times though. I donāt know if thereās a way to delete the parent profile that has no member ID and then merge the other IDās so he only is shown once in Scoutbook. Is there someone that can help me with that? Thank you!
@SoDoniaBell This adultās Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
I would recommend asking your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the āRelationshipsā section, he should be listed as parent under BSA member ID number 140186867. They should remove him as parent if he is listed under other BSA member numbers.
Having the same Duplicate error for SB User ID: 6480569. Also, it appears that the account may not be linked to the Member ID: 130797093. Itās not displaying in Scoutbook and itās showing an old image.
Thanks for your help.
