Please keep- My current National Capital Area Council BSA ID: 13898517 (SB user ID: 12337131)
My sonās previous TransAtlantic Council BSA ID: 133833639 (SB user ID: 1230372)
Please keep- My sonās current National Capital Area Council BSA ID: 13886875 (SB user ID: 11914652)
Thank you kindly,
Jennifer
@MarkDGraham ok it is fixed - your email login is retired - your firstname.lastname username survives
Thank you for your help on the duplicate account.
@JenniferGallton I am looking in to this for you.
@JenniferGallton These should be fixed.
You had 2 different e-mail addresses in the BSAās systems. I recommend that you log in at my.scouting and double-check your e-mail address there
Also I would recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the āRelationshipsā section, you should be listed as parent only under BSA member number 13898517. They should remove you if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, your BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter.
Thank you so much!!!
Hi Jennifer,
Wondering if you can help me. After recharter, I do not have 2 dens under my name. XXXXXXXXXX see Wolves, hut cannot set up a den meeting for them. Webelos I is missing altogether. My info is here:
- SB User ID:

XXXXXXXXXX
BSA Member ID:
XXXXXXXXXX
@JessicaHanson1 Your account looks OK to me.
I think some of your positions were ended. A Pack Admin should be able to add them back for you.
Den Admin for a den is the role that you need in order to access the den calendar.
Another set of duplicates showing.
Please merge these:
BSA ID 13748755 (no email associated with account)
BSA ID 134269969 (with icloud email)
Thanks in advance!
Scouter Rob
@ScouterRob I am checking.
@ScouterRob I have merged the userās Scoutbook accounts.
Please contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up the userās child (or children). In the āRelationshipsā tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under BSA member ID number 134269969. They should remove her if listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, her numbers might get switched around at the next Recharter, and this could result in the creation of another duplicate Scoutbook account.
@JenniferOlinger, I wonder if youāre the same person that I know from cub scouting days in Berks Co., PA or you just have the same name. Anyway, I could use some help with accounts for one of our leaders that has a duplicate account in Washington Crossing Council (#777) Troop 48 and he keeps getting a message when logging in that thereās another account with the same address. The account that is active that he uses is 134627911. The duplicates that actually has āOLDā attached to his name is 13092330. Is there a way to disable the āOLDā account so that itās not linked to the troop or his email any longer? We donāt think thereās anything to merge, but maybe you can double-check and disable the old one.
@RyanPankoe Must just be a coincidence.
That userās Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
Hoping you can assist me with merging another set of scoutbook IDs. (Removed - please do not post PII) Two Scoutbook IDs are 10169119 and 9866300. The first number has the BSA member ID on it, and shows as a committee member withour Troop, 672. Would like the other merged into it.
Thank you!
@CraigTuttle that is fixed - her email log in is turned off - she can use her user name
Hello. I have a leader with multiple accounts in Scoutbook. The good account that we need to keep is BSA #134506081. The duplicate that isnāt used is BSA#13110562. Both profiles are connected as parents of a youth in our units (Troop and Crew), but only the good one holds the position and YPT information and shows up on our rosters. The only place the bad profile shows up is in the messenger and the youth connections.
Thank you.
@ChristopherTaylor3 the user has 2 logins - an email user name and a username login - which do they want to keep @ChristopherTaylor3
From the leader: āI use a username (removed by Moderator), but the email associated with it should be (removed by Moderator).ā @DonovanMcNeil
