@CarlEades I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
I have a youth who is on our my.scouting crew roster (NCAC) with BSA ID #129636245 (NCAC) and membership term through 12/31/24, but IA/SB+ crew roster (NCAC) shows another council-based BSA ID #140236637 and shows âneeds to registerâ. The Venturing advancement report from the roster page or the advancement details from Commissioner Tools does not show the youthâs advancement in the totals, even as the report breakout from CT that itemizes ranks and awards itemizes both Venturing and Discovery ranks, but shows all advancement under the other council. This youth was camp staff last year in the other council but the primary membership was and continues to be under the 129636245, and is set to primary in their my.scouting manage member ID. Scoutbook itself continues to show the primary membership number as the old one. Scoutbook account is 320256.
The concern with IA/SB+ showing in roster this way is it may mess up the posting of his Eagle, as it is in between BOR and posting from National.
Hi,
I have two SB IDs, one I just learned about that is associated with an email address ending in âgamil.comâ . I want to deprecate that account, 11027781, but also move the scout associated with it to the other SB account.
That account that I want to keep is 10598639, which has my other scout (in a different unit) associated with it. So in the end, please, both scouts should be associated with 10598639.
Note that there also seem to be two different membership IDs associated with these accounts.
Any help you have give would be highly appreciated!
It would be great to use google SSO for this account as well, can you help me with that?
Thank you!
@RobertMckeever they are registered in a Crew in another council - do they want the NCAC to be primary?
@ScottFay That is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your childrenâs âUser Relationshipâ and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13498007 - Goggle is simple to setup
NCAC is primary all around. They were camp staff out of council last year hence the 2nd registration.
@RobertMckeever that is all fixed then
Thank you very much! NCAC crew roster now shows NCAC ID as expected.
Hi,
I realized that I have 2 scoutbook accounts when I noticed that one of them did not have me registered as a merit badge counselor. One of the accounts might have been from when my son, Alexander Chan, was in cubscouts. Can you merge the accounts?
Current:

BSA Member ID:12554368

Thanks.

Thank you Donovan! I will check in with the council.
Thank you! I will check with my local council. Susan
Hello,
When I login to scoutbook it tells me another user is using my email address. In my sonâs scoutbook when he looks at list of troop parents, we see my name twice, and one is opted out of emails. Can you please merge/delete unnecessary one?

Thank you! I finally think we figure out why he canât register as adult⊠and we leave for camp in 8 days!
Moderator: Removed PII. Please do not post names or other personal information. All we need is BSA Member IDs.
Iâm wondering if I have the same issue. I get a warning message that another user is using my same email address. I thought it was fixed in April when I posted on this forum. But now itâs happening again.
@RhondaYegge as your family is using a shared email address it is added to your scouts account and your scouts login - so even if I cleared from the SB user it is likely to sync back
Need your assistance. This is Scoutmaster BSA#109798166. We have a Scout with two BSA#s: the second #13726129 was given when he registered late last 2023 year. His previous and primary is #130662831, which we want to keep. Please either delete the second or merge his accounts. The second # only data added were the recent summer camp merit badges, which I can add again if deleted. Let me know if you need additional information.
Thank you!
@ArielAbuel the 6129 is the main BSA # as it is the registered one now - the other is not registered - it is all cleaned up now
