Are SUAC administrators the only ones that can merge SBU numbers?
Councils can IF they are both in the same council and IF they both have active memberships - using the VST tool
National and SUAC have basically the same tool to merge any ones needed
Would you merge SBU#11792977 old troop in different council,
with SBU#2870651 in new troop? Thanks.
@MarkKuester Is this a multiple membership in 2 different councils? Or a transfer?
We cannot connect *NAME REMOVED BY MODERATOR with her Scoutbook and my.scouting User IDs. She has two BSA Member IDs (13857013 and 13882232). We have marked the 13882232 account as a DUPLICATE and are trying to hook her active Member ID (13875013) up with her Scoutbook User ID of 12904575. In Volunteer Support Tools, when we view her 13875018 my.scouting account and attempt to āMatch with SBā, we get an error āFailed to match My.Scouting Account to Scoutbook. Scoutbook user belongs to a different councilā.
Rachel is registered as a Merit Badge Counselor. In Scoutbook, we can look her up and see her Scoutbook MBC info.
The issue started when Rachel reported that she cannot connect to Scouts from her end when she is working with them as a Merit Badge Counselor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
13875018 is not her @JuddStiff - so a little confused
@DonovanMcNeil ā The correct BSA Member ID is 13857013
@JuddStiff I cleaned one Item up if they can try logging in again
Odd situation⦠about 2 years after a move from PA to GA, my member info someone got swapped with councils. Now my old Member Number is active with my current troop and positions but is showing as registered in PA. The GA Member # is minimal. I donāt want to loose the permissions and history with the account but I also would prefer the account be fixed to the correct council and the 2nd one elminated. Is this something you can assist with? 137108488; 126303238.
Hello,
I need help merging two BSA accounts in Scoutbook or deleting the non-primary account. Thank you for your help!
PRIMARY ACCOUNT
BSA Member ID - 137139480
SB User ID - 10446196
Pack Admin, Den Admin, Den Leader
MERGE or DELETE
BSA Member ID - 136546048
SB User ID - 10497880
Thank you,
Liza Francis
Pack Committee Chair - Pack 3042
@MaryDouglas1 it looks like 3238 is the correct one - is that right?
@ElizabethFrancis1 that is fixed
It is, but it will need the council changed to Coastal Georgia. Iām not sure how it got set to New Birth if Freedom in PA.
@MaryDouglas1 the council patch in SB means nothing - but I think I got it changed for you - user the login without the 1
I think that did it! Thank you so much!!
Can my accounts please be merged?
BSA Member ID: Primary: 137464347 - I believe this has my trainings all under it, a lot from Pack level and a little at the Troop level.
Also have BSA member ID 13850231 and 137480066 showing up on my account. (Do they assign a new member with each kid that joins? or each time you apply for a different leadership position??)
Council: Baden Powell Council 368 in NY
District: Taughannock
Units: I have kids in 3 units - Pack 24, Troop 48 and Troop 39
What I see right now is my own kids information and a glaring message at the top of scoutbook that thereās another account with my email. Leadership is telling me I have full access to Troop 39 information, but on my end I do not, I can only click into my kids info.
Please help, thanks!
@AndreaClark that is fixed
Please merge these two accounts:
- BSA member ID is 13924195. SB User ID is listed as 11956460.
- BSA member ID is 12813785. SB User ID is 14290960.
Thank you!
@MicheleBunch This adult leaderās Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his Scout. In the āUser Relationshipsā section, the Scout needs to be connected to the parentās adult leader BSA member ID number: 14290960 ā not the Adult Partner number.
The Scout is connected to the right account for the parent. We canāt get the right account to be listed as the āleader.ā Is Council able to fix that?
